About this service
In a Canadian home, the garage works harder than almost any other room. From November to April, it takes in salt, slush and sand every time the car comes home. It stores tires, bikes, sports gear, tools, recycling and the boxes that never got unpacked. By spring, the floor is gritty and white with salt, the corners are full of leaves and the shelves are coated in dust. Garage cleaning brings it back to a space you can actually use.
What is included
Floor: swept and cleaned to remove salt residue, sand, leaves, dirt and road grime. Standard concrete floors are scrubbed in high-traffic areas.
Walls and corners: cobwebs removed from walls, ceilings within reach, windows and light fixtures.
Shelving and surfaces: shelves, workbenches, cabinets and window sills wiped down.
Garage door: the inside panels and tracks wiped of dust and grime.
Entry door: the door into the house and its frame cleaned, along with the area where boots and shoes collect.
Trash: loose debris and garbage bagged and taken to your bins.
Organizing and decluttering
If the garage also needs sorting, add organizing time at $50 per hour. Our crew can group items, set up zones for tools, sports gear and seasonal items, and stage what you decide to donate or discard. We do not haul large items to the dump, but we can leave them grouped for your pickup or junk removal service.
Pricing
Garage cleaning is $189 before tax for a standard attached or detached garage. Very large, heavily cluttered or oil-stained garages may need extra time or a custom quote from photos. It can be booked alone or alongside a home clean, pressure washing or gutter cleaning.
Best times to book
Spring: wash out a winter’s worth of salt and sand before it stains the concrete and corrodes tools and bikes.
Fall: clean and organize before the car moves back in for winter, and make room for snow tires, shovels and the snowblower.
Before moving: a clean garage is part of a complete move-out, and buyers and landlords notice it.
Pair it with exterior care
Combine garage cleaning with driveway pressure washing ($199) so the inside and outside are cleaned of salt together, or with gutter cleaning in the fall as part of your winter preparation.

Do I need to empty the garage first?
No, but please move vehicles out and clear the floor where you can. Crews clean around stored items, and organizing time can be added if you want things sorted.
Can you remove oil stains from the garage floor?
We clean the floor and treat surface grime, but deep oil stains in concrete may lighten rather than disappear. Let us know about heavy staining so we can plan the right approach.
Do you take away junk from the garage?
We bag and remove loose debris and garbage to your bins. Large items, old furniture or hazardous materials like paint and chemicals need a junk removal service or municipal drop-off.
When is the best time to clean the garage?
