Gutter and eavestrough cleaning

Gutters that overflow send water down the foundation instead of away from it, which is one of the most common causes of wet basements during the spring thaw. In winter, clogged gutters help ice dams form along the roof edge. We clear leaves, seeds, shingle grit and debris from gutters and check that downspouts are flowing. Prices are $179 for a bungalow and $249 for a two-storey home. Late fall, after the leaves drop, and late spring, after the maple seeds, are the most important times.

Pressure washing

Pressure washing removes the dirt, salt residue, algae and moss that build up on hard outdoor surfaces. A driveway is $199, a deck is $229, and siding starts from $349. We adjust pressure and technique to the surface, because wood, vinyl siding, concrete and pavers each need a different approach. Spring is the busiest time, once the last winter salt and sand can be washed away.

Garage cleaning

The garage is where everything ends up: winter salt, road grime, leaking fluids, sports gear, garden tools and boxes nobody has opened in years. Our garage cleaning service sweeps and cleans the floor, wipes down surfaces and shelving, removes cobwebs and leaves the space usable again. It is $189. Pair it with organizing time if the garage also needs decluttering.

Patio and deck cleaning

Your deck and patio deserve to be ready for barbecue season. We clean the surface, rails and outdoor furniture areas, removing dirt, pollen, bird droppings and the green film that grows in shaded corners. It is $179, and pressure washing can be added for heavily soiled wood or stone.

A season-by-season exterior plan

Spring: wash away winter salt and sand from the driveway, clean the deck and patio, and clear maple seeds from the gutters.

Summer: keep decks and patios clean for entertaining and pressure wash siding while the weather is dry.

Fall: clean gutters after the leaves fall, before the first freeze, and clean the garage before the car moves back in for winter.

Winter: we do not clean gutters or pressure wash in freezing weather. Indoor services such as salt and slush stain removal from floors and entryways keep going all season.

Safety and how we work

We work only in suitable weather. If rain, ice or high winds make a job unsafe, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge. Crews are insured, equipment is included and you pay only after the job is done. If anything was missed, report it within 24 hours and we will come back to fix it.
