What a regular clean covers

Every regular visit follows a room-by-room checklist so nothing depends on memory or mood. We dust every reachable surface, from shelves and picture frames to window sills and baseboard tops. Carpets and rugs are vacuumed, hard floors are vacuumed and then mopped, and stairs are done step by step rather than skipped.

In the kitchen we wipe and sanitize counters and the backsplash, scrub and polish the sink and faucet, degrease the stovetop and wipe cabinet fronts and appliance exteriors. Bathrooms get the toilet cleaned inside and out, the tub and shower scrubbed, tiles wiped, mirrors polished and the vanity left streak-free. Bedrooms and living rooms are tidied, beds are made, cushions are straightened and surfaces are dusted. Trash removal is included in every clean: bins are emptied and liners replaced before we leave.

Supplies and equipment are included. If you prefer eco-friendly products, you can upgrade for a small add-on fee, and you can always add extras such as inside the fridge, inside the oven, interior windows or a load of laundry when you need them.

Weekly cleaning suits families with kids and pets, homes with heavy foot traffic and anyone who simply wants the house to always feel ready for guests. Bi-weekly is the most popular choice: it keeps kitchens and bathrooms under control while costing less per month. Monthly visits work well for smaller condos, single-person households and homes that are tidy day to day but need a proper reset.

Recurring plans are rewarded from the second visit: 20% off weekly, 15% off bi-weekly and 10% off monthly cleaning. There are no long contracts. You can pause, skip or change the frequency, and free rescheduling is available with 24 hours’ notice.

You get an instant price online based on your bedrooms, bathrooms and approximate square footage, before you book. A studio with one bathroom starts from $164 before tax, a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home under 1,000 sq ft is $174, and a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home around 1,500 sq ft is $289. Taxes are shown separately: HST in Ontario, GST and QST in Quebec.

No card is needed to book; you pay only once the clean is complete, on-site, by e-Transfer, debit/credit card or cash. If anything on the checklist was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back to re-clean it at no charge.

When regular cleaning is not enough

If your home has not been professionally cleaned in a while, we recommend starting with a deep clean. It takes care of built-up grime on baseboards, door frames, vent covers and inside appliances, so every regular visit after that can maintain the result instead of fighting the backlog. It is a recommendation, not a requirement: you choose.
