Carpet and rug cleaning

Vacuuming removes surface dirt, but sand, salt and fine dust work their way down to the base of the carpet, where they wear the fibres every time someone walks across. Our steam and shampoo cleaning lifts that embedded dirt, treats common spots and leaves carpets fresher and softer. Carpet cleaning is $45 per room with a $149 minimum. Area rugs start from $59. It is especially worthwhile after an Ottawa or Montréal winter, when salt residue leaves white tide marks near entrances.

Upholstery cleaning

Sofas, loveseats and armchairs are used every day and cleaned almost never. We clean fabric upholstery to lift body oils, food and drink spills, pet hair and everyday dullness. Prices are simple: $129 for a three-seat sofa, $99 for a loveseat and $49 for a chair.

Mattress cleaning

You spend a third of your life on your mattress, and it quietly collects skin flakes, dust and allergens. Mattress cleaning freshens and sanitizes the surface and is a good idea for allergy sufferers, after illness or when moving into a furnished place. Twin is $69, queen $89 and king $109.

Tile and grout cleaning

Grout is porous, and mopping often pushes dirty water into it. Over time, light grout turns grey. Our tile and grout service deep cleans the tile surface and the grout lines in kitchens, bathrooms, entryways and mudrooms. It is $1.50 per sq ft with a $179 minimum.

Window cleaning inside and out

Clean glass changes how a whole room feels, especially in the short, grey days of a Canadian winter. We clean the glass inside and out, plus frames and sills. A bungalow is $249 and a two-storey home is $349. Spring, after the winter grime, and fall, before the cold sets in, are the most popular times. Interior windows and tracks are also available as an add-on to any regular or deep clean, from $39.

Hardwood floor cleaning and polishing

Hardwood suffers in Canadian winters: salt and grit act like sandpaper, and dry furnace air makes the finish look tired. Our hardwood service cleans the floor thoroughly and applies a polish to restore shine and add a protective layer. It is $0.60 per sq ft with a $249 minimum.

How booking works

You can book specialized services on their own or add them to a regular, deep or move clean, so one visit takes care of everything. Prices are shown before you book, supplies and equipment are included, and you pay only once the job is complete. If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we will come back to fix it at no cost. For very large areas, delicate natural fibres or antique pieces, we may ask for photos first so we can recommend the safest method.

Which service first?

If your home needs a general clean and a carpet or upholstery clean, book them together. We generally clean surfaces first and floors last, so dust from shelves and furniture does not land on freshly cleaned carpet.
