Disinfection and sanitization

Cleaning removes dirt. Disinfection goes a step further by applying a disinfectant to high-touch surfaces and leaving it in contact long enough to work. We focus on door handles, light switches, railings, remotes, faucets, toilet flush handles, counters, appliance handles and other surfaces hands touch all day. It is popular after a household illness, during cold and flu season, before welcoming a newborn or an elderly relative, and between tenants. Disinfection is $0.15 per sq ft with a $179 minimum.

Mold assessment and remediation

Our mold service starts with a $149 assessment. We look at the affected areas, identify likely moisture sources and give you a clear remediation quote. If the problem is larger or structural, we will tell you so and recommend the right specialist, rather than cleaning the surface and letting it come back.

Allergy-friendly and eco green cleaning

For households with allergies, asthma, young children, pregnancy or chemical sensitivities, product choice matters. Our eco green upgrade switches your clean to environmentally friendly products and puts extra attention on dust and allergen removal: high surfaces, vents, under furniture and soft furnishings. It is a $20 upgrade on any clean.

Pet hair and odour removal

We love pets, but fur ends up on stairs, sofas, baseboards and inside vents, and odours settle into fabrics and floors. Pet hair and odour removal adds focused hair removal from upholstery, carpets, stairs and corners plus odour treatment of the areas pets use most. It is a $59 upgrade on any clean. If you just need a little extra time for normal pet hair during a regular visit, the $25 pets add-on covers it.

If you are not satisfied with any part of the clean, report it within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the missed items free of charge.
