The easiest home to keep clean is one that never gets far behind. A recurring cleaning plan puts your house on a schedule, so the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and dust are handled before they become a weekend project. You stop thinking about cleaning, and your home simply stays ready.

How a recurring plan works

You choose a frequency (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly), a regular day and an arrival window (8–10, 10–12, 12–2 or 2–4). We send an insured, background-checked crew who follows the same standard checklist every time: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, with trash removal included. Whenever possible, the same crew comes back each visit, so they learn your home, your preferences and where the dog likes to hide.

No card is needed to book. You pay after each visit is completed, on-site, by e-Transfer, debit/credit card or cash. No paying in advance.

Recurring savings

Recurring plans are rewarded from the second visit:

Weekly: 20% off every visit after the first. Bi-weekly: 15% off every visit after the first. Monthly: 10% off every visit after the first.

For example, a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home of about 1,500 sq ft is $289 before tax for a one-time standard clean. On a bi-weekly plan, every visit after the first drops by 15%.

Should the first visit be a deep clean?

If your home has not been professionally cleaned recently, we recommend starting with a deep clean. It handles the backlog (baseboards, door frames, vent covers, inside appliances) so your regular visits can maintain the result instead of chasing it. It is a recommendation, not a requirement.

Which frequency is right for you?

Weekly: families with young children or pets, homes with heavy traffic, or anyone who wants the house always guest-ready.

Bi-weekly: our most popular choice. Kitchens and bathrooms stay under control and the monthly cost stays reasonable.

Monthly: condos, single-person homes and tidy households that need a proper reset rather than ongoing maintenance.

Flexible, with no contract

There is no long-term commitment. You can skip a visit, pause the plan for a vacation, change frequency or cancel. Changes and cancellations are free with at least 24 hours’ notice; later changes carry a $45 fee. Need a one-off extra, like the inside of the fridge or a load of laundry? Add it to any visit.

Seasonal adjustments

A recurring plan adapts through the year. In winter, crews focus on salt and slush around entryways. In spring, you might add interior windows or switch one visit to a spring cleaning. In fall, it is a good moment to add BlueGuard furnace and duct cleaning before heating season.
