What our spring clean includes
Everything in a deep clean: baseboards hand-wiped along their full length, door frames, doors and handles washed, light switches and outlet covers cleaned, vent covers and return grilles wiped, wall scuffs spot cleaned, and the inside of the oven, fridge, cabinets and drawers cleaned.
Plus a spring focus on winter’s leftovers:
Entryways and mudrooms: salt residue and grit removed from floors, mats, boot trays and the bottom of walls and doors.
Hard floors: salt film lifted so hardwood, laminate and tile look clear again, rather than dull and streaky.
Window sills and frames inside: condensation marks, dead insects and dust from the cold months wiped away.
High surfaces: tops of cabinets, door frames, ceiling fan blades and light fixtures within reach, where furnace-season dust builds up.

Spring cleaning is the perfect moment to bundle the jobs you do once a year:
Window cleaning inside and out: $249 for a bungalow or $349 for a two-storey home, so the spring light actually gets in.
Carpet cleaning: $45 per room ($149 minimum) to lift the salt and sand that winter ground into the fibres.
Pressure washing: $199 for the driveway or $229 for the deck to wash away winter sand and salt.
Air duct cleaning: after a full heating season, ducts carry months of dust, pet dander and debris. As a NADCA-certified duct cleaning company since 2020, BlueGuard can clean them too, and booking a deep clean with duct cleaning saves 10% on both.

Spring cleaning is priced the same way as a deep clean: your standard clean price plus $99, calculated instantly from your bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. A studio starts from $263 before tax, and a one-bedroom, one-bathroom home under 1,000 sq ft is $273. Add-ons and specialized services are added at fixed prices.
