About this service
Few things change how a home feels as quickly as clean windows. After a Canadian winter, the outside of the glass is coated in road spray, salt mist and grime, and the inside carries fingerprints, condensation marks and pet nose prints. Clean glass lets in noticeably more light, which matters a lot when daylight is short.
What is included
Glass inside and outside: every accessible window washed and detailed for a streak-free finish.
Frames and sills: wiped inside and out to remove dust, cobwebs and dead insects.
Patio and sliding doors: glass cleaned on both sides.
Screens: lightly dusted or brushed on request.

Pricing
Window cleaning inside and out is $249 for a bungalow and $349 for a two-storey home, before tax. Homes with unusually large or hard-to-reach windows, skylights or three storeys are quoted from photos. If you only need the inside of the windows done during a regular, deep or move clean, the interior windows and tracks add-on starts from $39.
Best times to book
Spring: wash away a winter of salt spray and grime and let the longer days in. This is our busiest window cleaning season, so book a few weeks ahead.
Fall: clean the glass before the cold sets in, so your windows stay bright through the darker months.
Before selling: clean windows make listing photos brighter and rooms look bigger.
Weather and safety
Exterior window cleaning needs reasonable weather. We do not clean outside glass in freezing temperatures, heavy rain or high winds. If the forecast turns, we will contact you to reschedule at no charge. Interior windows can be cleaned year round.
Pair it with other services

Getting ready for your appointment
Clear window sills and move furniture, plants or decor away from the windows inside so the crew can reach the glass without moving your belongings. Outside, unlock gates and make sure ladders can be placed safely near the house. Let us know about pets in the yard, and if you have storm windows or windows that do not open, mention it in your booking notes so we bring the right equipment.
