About this service
Bathrooms are small, but they are where cleaning makes the biggest difference to how a home feels. A sparkling sink, a clear shower screen and a fresh-smelling toilet tell guests and family that the whole house is looked after. They are also the rooms where moisture, soap scum and germs build up fastest, which is why we give them a detailed, step-by-step routine.
Our bathroom checklist
Toilet: cleaned inside the bowl and under the rim, then the seat, lid, hinges, tank and base, which is the part most often skipped. High-touch spots like the flush handle are sanitized.
Tub and shower: walls, tub, shower tray and fixtures scrubbed to remove soap scum and body oils. Glass doors and screens are cleaned to reduce water spots, and shower caddies are wiped.
Tiles and grout: wall tiles wiped and grout lines given extra attention where grime collects. For grout that has turned grey, our tile and grout service goes much deeper.
Sink, vanity and counters: scrubbed and sanitized, with taps and drains polished.
Mirrors and chrome: polished streak-free.
Cabinet fronts, towel bars and light switches: wiped.
Floor: vacuumed, then mopped, including behind the toilet and in the corners.
Trash: emptied, with the liner replaced.
Hard water and soap scum
Many homes have hard water, which leaves white mineral marks on taps, glass and shower heads. Our crews use descaling products appropriate for your fixtures to remove fresh build-up during each visit. Heavy, long-standing scale may take more than one visit or a deep clean to remove completely.
Moisture and mold
Bathrooms without good ventilation can develop dark spots on caulking and in grout. Surface spots are cleaned during your visit. If you notice recurring mold or a musty smell, ask about our mold assessment, which looks at the source of the moisture, not just the symptom.
How bathrooms are priced
Bathrooms are part of your standard clean price: $30 for the first full bathroom, $25 for each additional full bathroom and $15 for each half bath, on top of the $99 base and your bedrooms. A studio with one bathroom starts from $164 before tax, and your exact price appears instantly when you book.

How much does each bathroom add to the price?
The first full bathroom adds $30, each additional full bathroom $25 and each half bath (toilet and sink only) $15. Your total, including bedrooms and size, is shown instantly when you book.
Can you remove hard-water stains?
We remove fresh hard-water marks on taps, glass and tiles at every visit. Thick, long-standing mineral build-up may need a deep clean or more than one visit to remove fully.
Do you clean grout?
Grout lines are wiped as part of every bathroom clean. If your grout has darkened over time, our tile and grout cleaning service ($1.50 per sq ft, $179 minimum) deep cleans it.
What products do you use in bathrooms?
Our crews bring professional bathroom cleaners, disinfectants and descalers suited to your fixtures. If you prefer environmentally friendly products, choose the eco upgrade for $20.
Is black mold in my shower a problem?
Small surface spots on caulking are common and are cleaned during your visit. If they keep coming back or you notice a musty smell, book a $149 mold assessment so we can look at the moisture source.
