In short-term rentals, cleanliness is the review that matters most. One hair in the shower or a crumb on the counter can cost a five-star rating, and with back-to-back bookings there is often only a few hours between check-out and check-in. BlueGuard Airbnb cleaning gives hosts a reliable, hotel-standard turnover they do not have to supervise.
What every turnover includes
Full clean of the unit: kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas dusted, vacuumed and mopped, with surfaces sanitized.
Kitchen reset: dishes washed or loaded, counters, sink and stovetop cleaned, fridge checked and leftover guest food removed, small appliances wiped.
Bathroom reset: toilet, shower, tub, sink and mirrors cleaned, fresh towels hung or folded the way you specify.
Linen change: beds stripped and remade with the clean sets you provide, hotel-style if you like.
Restocking: toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee and other supplies you keep on site restocked to your checklist.
Trash and recycling: emptied and taken to the bins.
Damage and missing-item check: we note anything broken, missing or unusual and send it to you, with photos when possible, so you can raise it with the platform in time.
Flat, predictable pricing
Turnovers are priced by unit size so hosts can budget per booking: $119 for a studio or one bedroom, $149 for two bedrooms and $189 for three bedrooms, before tax. Laundry (wash, dry and fold) is available at $25 per load if you do not use a linen service.

Tell us your check-out and check-in times and we schedule the turnover in between. Lockbox and smart lock instructions are saved to your account so every crew can get in. For last-minute bookings, same-day turnovers are available with a $40 rush fee when crews are free.

Do I need to supply linens and toiletries?
Yes. Hosts provide clean linen sets, towels and the supplies they want restocked. We change the linen, make the beds and restock from what you keep on site, following your checklist.
